1) 2800 miles in a 5 day work week. 5 round trips from Louisville, KY to Chicago, IL are required per week minimum. You are guaranteed in writing 2 days a week home with the family.
2) $0.93/mi loaded, $0.90/mi bobtail or empty, all miles are paid zip code to zip code according to PC Miler Version 21.
3) Performance bonus pay for all miles after 2800 miles for the scheduled work week.
4) Safety bonus pay each month for qualifying drivers.
5) Accessorial charges paid to owner at 75% of billed amount.
6) Comdata cards used for fuel stops.
7) First in / first out dispatch.
8) No touch frieght.
9) Fuel surcharge paid to truck at 100%.
10) Qual-com satelite installation required. (Installation by company mechanics)
11) Baylor Intermodal provides all permits.
12) Contractor required to pay fuel taxes quarterly.
13) Base plate program available.
14) Direct deposit available.
15) Trip Pak used for paperwork turn-in.
16) Baylor Intermodal requires Contractor to have a digital camera in truck at all times. (camera specs. available upon hiring)
17) Escrow will be taken during first 6 weeks of contract. ($200 per week)
